Virtual First Inc, its subsidiaries and its affiliates (“Virtual First”) are committed to protecting the privacy and security of their users. Virtual First uses cookies as described in our cookie policy.

(c) Web Analytics

Virtual First may use Google Analytics to understand Virtual First's site usage. Site usage information is used to help design, develop, and support Virtual First website. To the extent Virtual First uses Google Analytics Google receives and stores Virtual First's contributed site usage information (such as pages accessed), but it does not receive any individually identifiable or sensitive information as a part of this process. If you do not want data collected by Google Analytics, you can use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on available on Google's website.

(d) Registration (User-Supplied Information)

Virtual First website registration systems require users to give Virtual First contact information such as their name and e-mail address, and demographic information such as organization and/or role. The user's contact information is used to contact the user when necessary. Users may choose (opt-in) to receive future mailings; see the choice/opt-in section below. Virtual First uses this data to tailor the user's experience at Virtual First website, showing the user content that reflects their stated preferences. This information may be shared with affiliates, subsidiaries, sponsors, advertisers or partners on an aggregate basis, but personally identifiable information will not be disclosed without the user’s prior consent.

Services (User-Supplied Information)

If you sign up for a particular service Virtual First may collect personally identifiable information such as contact information (e.g., name, address, telephone number and e-mail address), demographic information (e.g., zip code, organization and/or role), billing information (e.g., credit or debit card numbers), or sensitive information (e.g., social security number, healthcare information).

We use the information to verify that only authorized users are accessing the respective application; to build your electronic client record or electronic personal health record so that Virtual First may provide you the specific personalized service you have applied for and agreed with; and to contact you when necessary, to communicate helpful tips and advice during your participation to this service.

In order to provide users with greater value, Virtual First may provide links to various third party Web sites. However, even if a third-party affiliation exists between Virtual First and that destination site, Virtual First exercises no authority over linked sites, each of which maintains independent privacy and data collection policies and procedures. Virtual First assumes no responsibility or liability for these independent methods or actions and is not responsible for the independent policies or procedures of destination sites. Surveys and Questionnaires

Virtual First online surveys and questionnaires may ask users for contact and demographic information. The user's contact information is used to contact the user when necessary. Users may choose to receive future mailings; see the choice/opt-in section below. Demographic and profile data is also collected at Virtual First websites. This information may be shared with affiliates, subsidiaries, sponsors, advertisers or partners on an aggregate basis, but it does not indicate the identity of individual users.

Security has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under Virtual First’s control.

Children’s Privacy Protection

The website covered by this privacy policy is not designed for or targeted at children. Virtual First will not knowingly collect and maintain personally identifiable information from children 13 years of age or younger.

Opting Out; Updating and Deleting Your Data; Contacting the website gives users the opportunity to opt-in to receive communications from Virtual First at the point where Virtual First requests information about the user.
